4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If a payment has been made erroneously due to a proven administrative or technical error.
- If external server malfunction or other similar issues cause internet interruptions while Credit/Debit card payment is being processed.
- The required acknowledgment is not generated due to internet malfunction.
Refunds are applicable only if the amount gets credited to the MAPMyTutor bank account and after written approval and verification. Requests must be submitted in writing to the official MAPMyTutor administrative office.
No refunds or adjustments will be issued for student withdrawal, absenteeism, or failure to attend classes once the batch has commenced.
5. Scholarship Policy
MAPMyTutor may, at its discretion, offer merit-based or need-based scholarships, fee waivers, or financial assistance programs to eligible students.
Eligibility: Scholarships are granted based on predefined criteria such as academic performance, entrance assessments, or other parameters determined by MAPMyTutor.
Non-Transferability: Scholarships are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or adjusted against any other program or service.
Duration and Renewal: Scholarship benefits are valid only for the specified academic term or course duration.
Revocation: MAPMyTutor reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a scholarship if a student is found to have provided false information, engaged in misconduct, or failed to meet the academic or behavioral standards set by the institution.
